Jermaine has two decades’ experience in the financial services & securities industry, with six years in sales support at Western Reserve Life and ten years in various compliance roles within the independent broker dealer space. He has extensive experience in suitability, auditing, licensing, registration, field supervision and has a proven track record of helping producers keep their businesses organized, compliant and safe. While he is trained to provide outstanding supervisory services, his focus on business and relationship development with our advisors is a key component of his responsibilities. Jermaine’s goals revolve around building long lasting business partnerships and ultimately meeting clients’ objectives for their future. Jermaine is the firm’s Managing Executive with our broker dealer partner, Royal Alliance Associates, Inc. Jermaine resides in Odessa, Florida, with his wife Holly and their son.
