Kyndra Packard
VP Operations
Kyndra joined MarketShare Financial in 1994 as the case manager for all annuity new business within the firm. She assumed the responsibility of overseeing the processing of all lines of new business in 1997.
Presently, she is responsible for the oversight of all operations functions within the company, including the securities and insurance division, as well as corporate business management.
Kyndra and her team provide support, training, and technical assistance to new and existing financial professionals within the firm. She also works closely with the business development team to create, execute and maintain marketing programs and initiatives.
Corporate events, training conferences, and all division communication strategies are developed and distributed through the Operations Team. Their focus is on providing quality activities, content, and brand development for the firm and our financial professionals.
Kyndra resides in Noblesville, Indiana, with her partner, Rick.
